The Access Bars® modality has been changing people’s lives, bodies and realities for over 25 years.
The Bars are 32 points on the head that contain all the thoughts, ideas, beliefs, emotions, and considerations that you have stored in any lifetime. Different points relate to different areas including money, aging, body, sexuality, joy, sadness, healing, creativity, awareness and control. When the practitioner lightly touches a Bars point, all of the limitations and stuck energy you have about that area of your life in your brain and body start to clear/defragment.
Our brain is like a computer. Having a Bars session, or put another way, having your ‘Bars’ run, defragments your hard drive, getting rid of unnecessary files, creating space for new possibilities and improved functionality.
This is an incredibly nurturing and relaxing process, undoing limitation in all aspects of your life that you are willing to change. Although every Bars session can feel different, clients often notice relief of tension, they feel peaceful, the mind becomes quiet. Clients often notice they are less reactive to situations which might have upset them in the past, feeling that whatever was upsetting before the session doesn’t matter any more. They often feel as though they’ve had a restful, deep sleep.
When students have their Bars run before exams, it can have a dramatic effect on their grades.
From a Bars session, at worst you will feel like you’ve just had a phenomenal massage. At best your whole life can change into something greater with total ease.
Following a session, the Bars continue to release stuck energy with the most significant effects noticed within 3-4 weeks of the session. Every Bars session that follows creates a greater effect.
The Bars were originally channeled by Gary Douglas, the founder of Access Consciousness, in 1990. Access Bars® has assisted thousands of people to change many aspects of their body and their life including sleep, health and weight, money, sex and relationships, anxiety, stress and so much more.
A Bars session takes between 60-90 min although even a much shorter session will have benefits.
Children and babies benefit greatly from having their Bars run, usually taking much less time than adult sessions. Pregnant women (please check with GP before having Bars session), elderly, ill people, anyone who is willing to lie still in a relaxed position, or sit comfortably in a chair can benefit from a Bars session.
People who experience the greatest benefit from Bars are those who have repeat sessions. This is very much a personal choice. Some like to have their Bars run at least once a week, or whenever they feel stressed, cranky, or out of sorts with how their lives are going. After any kind of major shock or trauma or energetic shift of any kind is another time to consider having your Bars done.
